How to access and use your customer dashboard

When you purchase your memorial tree, you will receive information about the transaction by email and we will send you a physical Welcome Kit. Included in the email is information about how to log in and set up your password-protected Dashboard.

Your Dashboard is your private page on our website where you can see information about your tree,

photos from your visits,

payment details,

Better Place Wishes for planning end-of-life details, and more.

Using the information included in your welcome email, you can follow the provided instructions to create your account.

If it has been a while since you purchased your tree, or if you are unable to find the information about logging in for the first time, you can reach out to Customer Care and our team will send you a new link that you can use to set up your Dashboard access.

Once you are logged in, we encourage you to explore the various links and pages of your Dashboard to familiarize yourself with the resources available there.

If you get stuck or have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out. You can call or text us at 628-237-3922 or email us at care@betterplaceforests.org.
