How to make an extra payment on your tree or pay your tree in full

You can make an extra payment, applied to the principal due on your tree, at any time.

The quickest way is to log into your Dashboard and make an additional payment using the same payment method we have on file for your account.

Once you are logged in to your online Dashboard, select “Payments” from the menu on the left side of the page.

On the next page, click the green  “Make a Payment” button.

You will then be brought to a screen where you can either click “Additional Payment” and enter a custom amount, or click “Pay off” and receive an additional 5% discount. Once you have selected either of these options, click “Continue”.

On the final page, you can either select to use the current payment method on file, or you can click the “New Card” button and enter a new credit card there. Once you have selected your payment method, click “Process Payment” and your payment will be processed!

If you get stuck or have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out. You can call or text us at 628-237-3922 or email us at care@betterplaceforests.org.
