ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE: Black Brook Road is closed until further notice.
If you are coming from the South, it might direct you down this road. Please avoid it. The closure is a 1/4 mile From Route 2, and if you take it, you will have to turn around and detour 30 minutes back.
Most people use Google Maps to get to the forest. Below is the link to the exact forest location.

Important Tips
- The entire forest is a non-smoking property for health and safety reasons.
- Weather can change suddenly in the forest—we recommend layering with a warm jacket and long pants.
- Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes as the forest trails can be wet and steep in some places.
- The forest is incredibly peaceful, but cell phone service can be unreliable.
- We have walking sticks, hand-warmers, and umbrellas in case the weather takes a turn for the worse.
